Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During periods of high demand or limited production, processing may take longer, but we’ll keep you updated if delays occur.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 within the U.S.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.
Packaging
To keep your snacks safe and fresh, our bags may look inflated when delivered—this is intentional and helps protect chips during shipping. Rest assured, the net weight is always accurate.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us at customersupport@tryblanco.com with your order number and details. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds
Because our snacks are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases where there is a shipping error or product quality issue.
